RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At Evara Store, we strive to provide high-quality, made-to-order products and a smooth shopping experience.
Important Policy Details
Product Condition : Items must be unused, in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. Returns not meeting these conditions will be declined.
Request Timeline: Return or exchange requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery via WhatsApp (+918320943474) or email (support@evarastore.com). Approved items must be shipped back within 3 working days.
Refunds: we don't offer refunds. As products are made-to-order and custom made. Eligible cases will receive an exchange or store credit only.
Exchanges: Only one exchange per order is allowed. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available on exchanged items.
Custom Size & Stitched Products: Custom-stitched items (sizes like 32, 34, 36, etc.) are not eligible for return or exchange.
Cancellations: Orders cannot be cancelled once placed. If we cancel any order then only, a full refund will be processed within 2–7 business days.
Sales & Special Collections: Products from special sales during the year with heavy discount, Navratri collection, or orders with free gifts are not eligible for return or exchange.
Fees: A reverse pickup fee of ₹199 per item applies for returns/exchanges (except defective, damaged, or missing items). Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable. (If paid any)
Sold-Out Items: Sold-out products are not eligible for return or exchange.
How to Return or Exchange
1. Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Item
- Share photos, videos, and a mandatory unboxing video.
- Pickup will be arranged where available; otherwise, customers must ship the item back.

After inspection, a replacement or store credit will be issued.
2. Size or Quality issues Exchange/ Return
- Reverse shipping charges will be applicable if you want pickup service or customers can send it back to us using any shipping service. And if pickup is unavailable, customers must ship the item themselves within 3 days of acceptance.
- Once received, we will send the exchanged item or issue a credit note valid for 90 days from issuance.
Additional Notes
Color Variations: Slight color differences due to lighting, screen settings, or dyeing processes are normal and not grounds for return or exchange.
Embellishments: Minor issues with beads, sequins, or mirrors during transit are possible and not eligible for return or exchange.
