Refund and Returns Policy
EVARA endeavors to ensure that every transaction at our website is seamless. We take great care in delivering our products and adhere to the highest quality standards.
While we believe in selling premium quality and providing the best fit for all our products, we understand that quality and fit are personal to individuals, hence at EVARA, we provide hassle-free returns & exchange.
Damaged product received/wrong size received/wrong item received :
- We will give you a free exchange. Send us the photo and video of the product.
- Please reach us within 72 hours from the date of delivery and we’ll raise a pickup request.
- Once the product reaches us back, our team will inspect the product and ship your new product/s or you can opt for Store Credit. No refunds will be processed.
Don’t like the product/size/others :
- We charge a nominal fee (depending on the number of articles and their weight). You have to prepay these charges. This fee covers the cost of reverse pickup by our courier partners.
- Please reach us within 72 hours of delivery. Our team will share a payment link with you, Once you pay the exchange charges we will initiate the pickup request.
- Once the product reaches us back our team will inspect the product ship your new product/s or you can opt for Store Credit. No refunds will be processed.
Eligibility criteria for return or exchange :
- The product should be in the right condition with tags intact and must be unused, unaltered, unwashed. If the products are returned in poor condition or have clearly been worn, they’ll be rejected to avail.
- 2nd Time Exchange/Return is not Possible.
- Kindly allow 7 working days for the return/exchange to be processed.
- Shipping Charges are Non-Refundable.
- Any items purchased during SALE in any such promotions wherein free products are given or are given on SALE rates, such orders will not be eligible for any Return/ Exchange.
Cancellation Policy :
Once the order has been placed cancellation is not possible.
