Shipping Policy
GENERAL POLICY
- Orders will be despatch from Monday to Saturday.
- Once an order is shipped, it takes2-14 working days to reach you based on your location.
- Upon despatch you will receive tracking details via WhatsApp, SMS or Email.
- COD is available for maximum value of INR Rs. 5000 per order.
- Pre-order items will be shipped in 7-15 working days.

ORDER SHOWS DELIVERED BUT NOT RECEIVED
You are requested to track your package on our courier partner site. If the order is marked as delivered status on courier partner site and it’s not received by you, please contact us within 24 hours. The courier company will not be accepting any complaints post 48 hours marked delivery, and we will not be liable if there is delay in informing from your end.

SHIPPING IN INDIA
- We use leading courier services like BlueDart, DTDC, Delhivery, Tirupati & others.
- Upon despatch you will receive tracking details via WhatsApp, SMS or Mail.
- We cannot be held accountable for unforeseen weather conditions, custom clearance processes, and courier company caused delay in delivery time. However, we will ensure our best to coordinate with courier partner to get your order delivered ASAP.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
- International Shipping is available.
- For International Shipping, please use international checkout option.
- The shipping charges depend on your country of purchase and order volume & weight and hence will be required to calculate. Our team will reach out to you and confirm the shipping charges.
- Please allow 7-18 working days for International Orders to reach after they have been shipped.
- All Products will be thoroughly checked and despatched. No return or exchange request will be entertained in international orders.
- EVARA cannot be held responsible for any parcel that is not collected by the consignee.
- Orders are shipped from India and any import duties and taxes charged when the parcel reaches the destination country, must be paid by the recipient. We cannot estimate the value of duties and have no control over these charges as customs policies vary from country to country.
